About The Programs

Each program is 10 weeks, designed to unpack what holds you back & the negative narratives your tell yourself. You will be guided through a process of self-discovery and self-acceptance for you and for your story. You will gain hope and tools for overcoming the negative stories you tell yourself. You will kick low-self esteem in the butt and grab a hold of boldness and confidence as you come to know the great potential that lies within you. As a life coach & experience in counselling, Ellen will guide you through steps that she has personally used in her own life and uses daily with clients in her counselling practice.

Ellen is a Registered Professional Counselor and Certified LIFE Coach, She is a mom to 4 men, and lives in the sunny Okanagan, enjoying the beauty and lifestyle that the her home town offers. Overcoming her own life challenges created in Ellen a burning desire to help others see the unique and amazing person they each are. Ellen knows what it feels like to hide, to be afraid to be seen and to be hidden from life itself.
